Minister Donna Frazier

Donna Frazier is a higher education professional, ordained minister, mentor, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience supporting student success, leadership development, and community engagement. She currently serves as Associate to the Director at Georgia State University, providing strategic administrative leadership and operational support for executive initiatives and campus-wide programs.

Throughout her career, Donna has been passionate about empowering young people, building partnerships with schools, community organizations, and corporate partners to expand access to education for diverse students. She is an ordained minister who leads adult Bible study and serves as lead Pre-K Sunday School teacher, and she has appeared on Atlanta Live sharing her love for gospel music.

Donna serves as a board member for Safe Haven Transitional and previously mentored young girls through the Atlanta Youth Project Techwood Girls program. A former Girl Scout, she is committed to empowering girls, strengthening families, and fostering community growth. Donna holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA in Psychology from Virginia Union University.
